By booking a trip with Glamour Asia, you agree to the following terms. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of a 20% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

For bookings made less than 30 days before departure, full payment is required immediately. We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payment is not received by the stipulated date.

We understand plans change. Our cancellation tiers are designed to be fair to both parties:

• 30+ Days before arrival: Deposit only is forfeited.
• 15-29 Days before arrival: 50% of total tour cost.
• 0-14 Days before arrival: 100% of total tour cost (No Refund).

*Note: Flight tickets and specific luxury hotel bookings may have their own non-refundable policies which will supersede ours.

Glamour Asia acts as an agent for transport companies, hotels, and other contractors. We are not liable for any injury, damage, loss, delay, or irregularity that may occur due to the actions of these third parties.

Travel Insurance: It is mandatory for all clients to possess valid comprehensive travel insurance covering medical expenses, personal accidents, and repatriation.

While we make every effort to adhere to the agreed itinerary, Glamour Asia reserves the right to alter schedules due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather, road closures, or safety concerns.

Any additional costs incurred due to such changes (e.g., extra hotel nights due to flight cancellations) will be the responsibility of the traveler.
